Program Overview
The bachelor’s degree completion program in Criminal Justice is designed to meet the needs of any students who are interested in a BA degree in Criminal Justice and have completed all or most of an Associate Degree in Administration of Justice, or a similar program, at a community college and
possibly POST Academy training.
This program is built on hybrid model with classes meeting live one evening per week plus online Blackboard instruction throughout the 5 week session. Some courses (General Education) are fully on-line, so students can still take classes around their busy schedules.
This degree completion program mirrors the CSU Stanislaus BA in Criminal Justice offered at the Turlock campus, but with more flexibility.
Students will take 50 units of upper division coursework in Criminal Justice (Corrections specialization) and General Education requirements.
Live classes will be held at the CSU Stanislaus – Stockton Center, 612 E. Magnolia Street, Stockton, CA 95202.
The faculty for these courses
will merge academic study of subject material with the
application of those principles to real-life law enforcement
and criminal justice situations, building on the experiences
of the students in each class.
