- MS Genetics Supplementary Application. >> Download Admission Packet (PDF)
- Official transcripts from each college attended.
- Three letters of recommendation
- Applicant’s performance on GRE.

- The $55 non-refundable application fee.
Please make checks payable to: California State University, Stanislaus.
- Two copies of official transcripts.
Please request 2 copies of official transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended other than California State University, Stanislaus.
- Three letters of recommendation.
- Results (original copies) on the Graduate Records Exam (GRE).
