How to Apply - RN to BSN
What you will need:
The following items are required in order to process your application:
- A California State University Undergraduate Application for Admission Form.
CSU Undergraduate Admission Form (pdf)
- Nursing Program Supplemental Application for the RN to BSN Program.
Nursing Program Supplemental Application (pdf)
- Official transcripts from each college attended, as well as professional documentation. (A current license as a Registered Nurse in California)
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- $55 Application Fee (Made Payable to CSU Stanislaus).
You cannot apply online for the RN to BSN Degree Program.
