Winter Intersession

Late registration for Winter Intersession is now closed

CSU Stanislaus will be providing Winter Intersession classes between the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters. These short three-week intersession courses are a great opportunity to take classes in order to meet your educational objectives.

Winter Intersession courses offered through University Extended Education are regular University courses that are open to everyone. Courses taken through Winter Intersession may be applied toward degree completion requirements.

Tuition fee payment deadline:
December 19 by 5:00 pm. (closed)
Students dropped for non-payment of tuition fees:
December 20 (completed)
Instruction begins:
January 2
Late add period: ($25.00 late fee)
January 2 - 4 by 5:00 pm (closed)
Late drop period, tuition fees prorated (75% refund only)
January 2 - 4 by 5:00 pm (closed)
Last day to request CR/NC grading option:
January 4
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (campus closed)
January 21
Last day of classes:
January 23

Student Tuition Fees:

  • $322 per unit (undergraduate)
  • $349 per unit (credential)
  • $355 per unit (graduate)

Note: A maximum of 5 units may be taken during Winter Intersession.

How to Register Late:

  • Late registration for Winter Intersession is now closed.
  • Complete a late registration form and it return to our office no later than Jan. 4.
  • Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Instructor signature or permission number is required.
  • All late registrations and payments are through UEE.

Late Registration Tuition Fees for Winter Intersession classes can be paid using your Visa, Master or Discover Card at the time of registration. Registration by check or cash can be made in our office located in the Mary Stuart Rogers Building (MSR), Suite #240.

 

Refund Policy:
  • Last day to drop in order to receive a full refund of tuition fees: December 19 (closed)
  • Late drop period: Jan 2-4, 75% of tuition fees will be refunded. (closed)
  • Drop form required to receive a refund.
  • After Jan 4, no refund of tuition fees.
  • Any student whose class is cancelled due to low enrollment, will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.
  • Decisions to cancel classes due to low enrollment: Dec. 20-21.
